Fuel reimbursement calculator
Pick the period and the days you drove. Every one of those days is charged at the petrol price that was actually in force on that day, then added up — never an average applied backwards, and never today’s price for a past day. Nothing is stored; your numbers stay in the page address.
Your vehicle and period
Set your vehicle once, then the dates and days you drove.
Your claim
Add a from and to date above to cost a period.
How this works
Why not just average the whole month?
Petrol and diesel prices here change on most weekdays. Averaging every calendar day bills you for prices on days you never bought fuel. This calculator prices only the days you actually drove, each at the rate that was in force that day, then adds them up.
What if my week isn’t always the same?
Set your usual pattern with the weekday picker, then use “Adjust individual days” to add a day you drove outside that pattern or remove one you did not. Each change is a real date, priced on its own.
Just want today’s cost?
For a simple daily or monthly estimate at today’s price, use the fuel calculator instead.
